Jenny‑BM is a Congolese‑British mixed‑media artist, designer, and poet whose work moves between emotion, culture, and bold visual storytelling. Born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised in West London, she creates from the crossroads of identity, memory, and rhythm.

Working across collage, digital art, painting, and editorial‑style mixed media, Jenny’s practice is rooted in neo‑expressionism and the raw honesty of lived experience. Her pieces often weave together themes of love, nostalgia, spirituality, and the body — drawing on the symbolism of the Heart and Sacral chakras to explore healing, creativity, and connection.

Her artistic influences include the fearless energy of Jean‑Michel Basquiat, the narrative power of Paula Rego, and the experimental collage traditions of Hannah Höch, John Heartfield, and Romare Bearden. In 2025, Jenny expanded her creative universe with the launch of Death By Colours, an art‑driven clothing brand transforming her illustrations into expressive streetwear. The brand reflects her belief that art should be lived in, worn, and carried into the world.
